Shipping + Returns

All Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 72 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed within the next 2 business days. If you do not receive your order within 7 (12 days for international orders) working days of your purchase, please contact us and we will resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Returns can be mailed back at your cost If:

1. The goods have been unused and are in new condition with hygiene sticker
2. The goods have been purchased no more than 1 week prior
3. No returns or exchanges will be offered for goods purchased "on sale" or discounted offer
4. Refund must be agreed to before the item is mailed back
5. No refunds will be issued for change of heart

Once the goods have been received the refund shall be issued for the total price excluding mail costs. Please note that items must be returned to us in a saleable condition. Unfortunately, any items that are found to have make-up stains or without a hygiene sticker cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
